For the potato chip lover, Hip Chips is a London, England Eatery that has made a franchise business selling chips (or crisps) then they add dips like wild garlic, chocolate mousse, smoky cheese, fondue, salted caramel. They use British grown heritage potatoes. An amazing idea.
